Kodagu boy is International Brainobrain Champion

Anvith S. of Madikeri has won the Champion Trophy in the junior category at the 15th International Brainobrain Abacus Competition held at Dubai.

8 year old Anvith S. is being trained by Mapangada Kavitha Karumbaiah at the Brainobrain Madikeri Centre. Anvith was one of the 6 contestants from Karnataka State.

The Abacus competition was held at Sheikh Rashid Hall, Dubai. Over 1,800 children, from 16 countries participated, and it was a very proud moment for Kodagu, when 8 year old Anvith S. representing India won the Champion Trophy.

Anvith S. is the son of  Srinivas V., who is a Lecturer in Made Maheshwara P.U. College and Pavithra M.N., who is working in National Highway Department. Anvith S. is studying in 3rd std in BGS. Public School, Made.

Anvith received the Champion Trophy from from Mr. Arul Subramanian, Director Technical of Brainobrain and Mr. Anand Subramanian, MD Brainobrain.

Faculty Kavitha Karumbaiah attributed the entire credit to Anvith S. for his determination to participate and to his parents and family, for their unwavering support, that made this huge accomplishment possible.

Anvith has won the Gold Topper Medal in the State Level Competition and also the Champion Trophy, in the National Level Competition in Chennai.

Outstanding performance by Madikeri Centre in the National Level Brainobrain Abacus Competition

In the recently held National Level Brainobrain Abacus Competition, held at the Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai over 8200 children, from all over India participated.

Madikeri centre headed by Mapangada Kavitha Karumbaiah participated with 23 children and eventually won 14 Champion Trophies, 8 Gold Topper Medals and 1 Silver Topper Medal, getting a 100% result.

Kavitha Karumbaiah attributed the entire credit to the children, who performed in those 3 minutes and the parents, who took the initiative to take the children to Chennai in spite of heavy rains and flood alerts.

The occasion was graced by Anand Subramanian (MD Brainobrain International); Arul Subramanian (Director Technical); all the Master Franchisees of various States, Franchisees and Faculties

The Champion Tropies were won by Kanisha Sunith Kumar; Nilah J. Tharakan; Pariksha A.L.; Pavani K. Kunder ; Aradhya K.C.; Ayden J. Tharakan;  Charvi Dechamma S.A.; Drupad P. Manikoth; Livya Sunith Kumar; Yaanvi Bojamma M.P.; Aluf A.R.; George Matthew ; Naman M.Gowda; Mia Arun;

The Gold Topper Medals were won by Kushan Devappa Y.D.; Joanna Madtha; Tiya Kishor; Ronith Ganapathi A.S.; Aaron Albert; Raivath Patel N.R.; Gaanavi Gangamma C.V.; and Adith Gautham K.

The Silver Topper Medal was won by Alfa A.R.

Kodagu girl wins Nat’l Abacus Title

Madikeri:

A Kodagu girl has won a national level abacus championship in Delhi.

Kodandera Nushkka, 6, the daughter of Kavya and Vikram Kuttaiah is the winner.

She won the championship in a contest in which 3,200 children from across India had participated. She is being trained at Brainobrain Madikeri centre, which is headed by Mapangada Kavitha Karumbaiah.
